In short. This site runs no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics. What is collected is what you send: an enquiry through the contact form, or the details needed to complete a purchase.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Fred Mbesi, trading as M³ Productions (Mbesi MultiMedia Productions), Hoboken, New Jersey, United States. For anything on this page, write to mbesimultimedia@gmail.com.

The contact form

When you send an enquiry, the name, email address and message you type are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, to a private inbox. They are used to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are not added to a mailing list and not sold or shared.

Purchases

Checkout is handled by Payhip, with payment taken by Stripe or PayPal. Your card details are entered on their systems and are never seen by this site or by me. What I receive is the order record — your name, email address, the title bought and the amount — which is needed to deliver the file, answer questions about the order, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Each of those companies handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps short-term security and performance logs, including IP addresses. These are used to keep the site running and to resist abuse. No cookies are set by this site for tracking or advertising.

Things embedded from elsewhere

YouTube videos on composition and portfolio pages load from youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so loading a page tells Google your IP address and browser. No cookies are set.
Payhip's cart loads on every page so your basket survives between pages, and stores what you have added.

What is stored in your browser

If you add a piece to your wishlist, that list is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device — I cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How long things are kept

Enquiries are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is typically several years.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — subject to records that must be kept by law, such as completed sales. Write to mbesimultimedia@gmail.com and you will get an answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
