Refunds

Digital goods
Everything sold here is a digital download. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so purchases are not refundable on change of mind. Please use the sample pages, the programme notes and the recordings on each composition's page to decide before buying — and ask if you would like to know more about a title first.
When a refund will be given
A full refund is offered, within 30 days of purchase, if:
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open.
- The download delivered the wrong title.
- The score is missing parts that the listing said were included.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
In most of these cases the quickest fix is a corrected file, which will be sent straight away. If you would rather have the money back, that is fine too.
Buying the wrong title
If you bought the wrong piece and have not yet performed or distributed it, get in touch. It can usually be exchanged for the title you meant to buy.
How to ask
Email mbesimultimedia@gmail.com or use the contact form, quoting the order reference from your confirmation email and the title concerned. Expect a reply within a few working days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout. The money usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live. In some countries the right to cancel a digital purchase is waived once the download begins, and by downloading you agree to that where it applies — but if the law where you live gives you more, that applies instead.
